This website and Services are operated by Treehouse Learning LLC. By using our website, booking a performance or workshop, or ordering a DIY kit (via email), you agree to these Terms of Service (“Terms”). If you do not agree, do not use our Services.

Services are available only to individuals 18 years or older. Parents or legal guardians must make all bookings and purchases on behalf of children.

BOOKINGS, ORDERS, AND PAYMENT

• Performances, workshops, and kits are confirmed by email.

• Prices may change without notice.

• Payment must be made in full before delivery of DIY kits, or on the day of the scheduled performance or workshop.

• All sales are final – no refunds will be issued.

• We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any booking or order.

 

WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY

By attending a performance, workshop, or using a DIY kit, you agree to the following:

1. You assume all risks associated with participation and use of materials.

2. Parents/guardians are responsible for supervising children at all times.

3. Treehouse Learning LLC is not liable for injuries, damages, or losses arising from participation in our Services.

4. In an emergency, we may seek medical care for participants at your expense.

 

PROHIBITED USES

You may not use our website or Services for unlawful purposes, to harm others, or to infringe on intellectual property rights.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Our Services and kits are provided “as is.” Treehouse Learning LLC makes no warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we are not liable for damages resulting from participation in our Services or use of kits.
